Matthew Klippenstein P.Eng. is Regional Manager, Western Canada, for the Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association. His role is to help scale these technologies to assist with climate efforts in Canada and abroad. His professional experience includes fuel cells (from R&D through manufacturing scale-up and equipment commissioning) and renewables consulting, and he administered and led outreach for the Province’s pioneering EV infrastructure rebates for apartments and workplaces. He hopes to help hydrogen create vigorous demand for renewables development across all regions of the Province, years ahead of published projections.
