Jason Owen, P.Eng., M.Sc, is the manager of the Sustainability and Energy Services Division at the City of Surrey. He is a professional engineer and urban planner with a background in municipal infrastructure, green buildings, community energy planning and renewable energy systems. Jason has an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from McGill University and a graduate degree in urban planning from the University of British Columbia.
